Hi fellow bird photographers. I am new to the birdlife photography group although I have been photographing birds for years. A few months ago I set off on an expedition to photograph every species of Australian cockatoo. I am a teacher and I set my students the task of designing the entire expedition, I then set off and found all but one.
Australian Geographic has picked up on the story, it can be found at http://www.australiangeographic.com.au/topics/wildlife/2017/08/australian-cockatoos
Thanks
Darren hamley

Hi Darren
I love that you have the students involved in that wonderful enterprise.
Hopefully, you will post some of the pics and if you feel inclined, post something about yourself in the Introductions section.
Great to have you onboard.
Peter Johnston.

Sorry Darren,
I didn't realize that your post was in the Introductions. I was looking at Recent Topics.
As they say "egg and my face are perfectly aligned".
Keep on getting those kids involved. They're the future for conservation.
Great work!.
