23-25 September 2019 - post-conference excursions in Western Australia.

Details of these excursions are available here.

ESPLANADE HOTEL FREMANTLE BY RYDGES, Corner Marine Terrace and Essex Street, Fremantle, 6160.  The Conference is fully catered in the hotel to maximise your time together.  The optional Conference dinner will be held in the Esplanade Hotel.

Initial Registration and Payment:

Registration for the 2-day conference will cost $250 for BirdLife Photography members.  Non-members who wish to include a one-year BLP membership may do so, for a cost of $265. The cost for non-members will be $295.

A conference dinner will be held on Saturday 20th September at the Esplanade Hotel at 7 PM; the cost is $55 per person.  Partners of conference attendees are welcome.

An online registration and payment system is now available, at support.birdlife.org.au/BLPBC-2019.  Alternatively, you can download the BLPBC Registration Form (a separate form is required for each conference attendee), complete it, and email, fax or post it to BirdLife Australia - details are on the form.

Registrations will open on Friday 20th September in the Esplanade Hotel from 4.45 PM, and on Saturday 21st September from 8 AM.

This is your chance to learn more about bird photography from the experts and to develop your photographic skills as International and Australian bird photographers deliver exciting and varied presentations and workshops across the weekend.  The program will include a range of bird photography topics and skills plus you can enjoy the chance to learn and pick the brains of "the experts".

The program for the Conference is available here.

Equipment:

We are working to organise displays of camera and lens equipment from the major manufacturers.

Accommodation:

The Esplanade Hotel is offering a special conference rate for attendees; otherwise a huge range of accommodation options is available through the City of Fremantle’s Fremantle Visitor Centre.
