CommentI am submitting this photo for an assessment of my post processing. In the past I have been guilty of over processing my images and after some comment and help from BLP members, I decided to have a go at this photo of a beautiful female bronzewing. The photo was initially processed in Adobe Camera Raw for tone, colour and sharpening. Then in Photoshop CC, I applied some local sharpening to eyes and beak using Smart Sharpen, darkened the lighter areas above the head, lightened under the tail, enhanced the green in the background, slight vibrance added to the bird only. Noise was removed from background only, using MacPhun CK software. My aim was to maintain the natural colour of the bird and make the whole picture appear as I can remember it. Please let me know you thoughts.
