Spinifex Pigeon

Spinifex Pigeon
Resolution1400x1050
ID31990
CommentI reckon this bird is a real icon of arid outback Australia. With tufts resembling spinifex and such earthy tones blending in with its habitat I think this bird is very appropriately named. Ssp plumifera.
