Hi Guys,

I was having a casual seat, shoreline at Lake Wendouree the other evening, enjoying the company of one of my Granddaughters.
While we were there counting duckies and swannies I noticed three separate Pacific Black Ducks foraging along the shoreline when all three, at different times, mouthed and then swallowed fallen acorns.
I was wondering as to whether anyone else had ever noticed this behaviour amongst Black Ducks? I had considered posting a photo but doubt that it would be cleared for posting by the moderator due to such unusual behaviour not being seen before?
Thanks for taking the time Guys,

Bruce

I couldn't find the image on your Flickr account but if it meets the requirements for submission you should post. Based on the other images in your Flickr account you should have no issues. Some nice shots.
