CommentThe crested tern seems to be turning up in a few spots down south – This particular spot is Salmon Beach on the Southern Ocean. I was photographing seascapes and happened upon this group, they were sitting perfectly on a raised sand bank and I was able to get some great shots. Not much behaviour to photograph but they certainly were at home.
