| Comment | In these coronavirus-circumscribed times, birds in our backyards may command greater interest and certainly solace. I first heard the beautiful pure tones of this immature Grey Butcherbird (with immature brownish plumage) soliloquising high up in our fig tree. Then it obligingly flew down to land on our garden table and pose for this portrait photo. | ||||||||||||||||||
