CommentI took this Image in the carpark outside my office at Hillarys, Perth. There was a whole flock of corellas playing and feeding in the carpark. This one was hanging upside down and twirling around on a small branch. I took a few shots and this one, with the back facing the camera and the wings spread in almost perfect symmetry, was my favourite. I also like how it almost mirrors the blurred street light pattern in the background. This shot was edited in Lightroom -
Reduced contrast and highlights quite a bit. Brightened the shadows and whitened the whites. Added some vibrance and decreased saturation in the greens (tree) and blues (sky). Increased saturation in the yellows. Overall I quite like the result.
