CommentA visit to Noosa for a weekend ensured a few opportunities to see and photograph a few shorebirds feeding and roosting on the mudflats. It is quite difficult to photograph here as so many people walk on the sandbanks at low tide and chase the birds away. I kayaked across, camera in a wet bag found a spot in the mud to lie with the sun behind me and dressed in camouflage.A bit of belly crawl then I waited for the rising tide to push the birds toward me.This image is pretty much as it was taken just cropped.
