CommentEastern Rosellas are common in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne but I find that they are very flighty. So you don't get as many opportunities to photograph them as you might like. So when I find one within reasonable distance I always take the opportunity to photograph them.
Not to mention that they are a very pretty bird as well.
EquipmentCanon EOS 5D Mk IV, EF400mm f/4 DO IS USM +1.4x III
SpeedLite 580EX II and Better Beamer.
Hand held.
1/250th sec at f/8 , ISO 400.
Processed with DPP4, PSE14 with Neat Image v8 plugin.
