CommentBeen trying to get a nice close shot of this Duck for a while and this time I got lucky! Great male specimen with really long plumes with good head and bill position on the water. I was invited to shoot on the Junee Treatment Works ponds and had to capture this quickly as they swim fast and like to hide from crazy photographers! In fact there were a pair with several young offspring which will be in another post.
