CommentThis Spring a rare occurrence of at least one pair of Black-winged Stilts at Jerrabomberra Wetlands enabled me to capture this habitat shot and give it a creative treatment. I have used the bnw splash technique to better focus on the Stilt and emphasise the red legs. Here the bird is taking a pause from feeding for a good stretch. The background and foreground has been creatively enhanced by a Topaz Impressions filter.
