| Comment | With long shadows and quickly failing light across the Roebuck Plains I was able to capture this male Yellow Chat amongst the dead grass. Perhaps a little softer and the composition not quite what I would have liked (bad light and strong winds blowing grass across the bird meant a higher shutter speed, I also wanted to include some of the spider webs in the grass). Nonetheless one of my favourite shots, with great colours of one of my favourite birds! | ||||||||||||||||||
