CommentFor a while there was a group of Buff-banded Rail in our local park, they dashed around intently looking for food oblivious to people coming and going and even came up to check out my feet. This gave me the opportunity to capture some close up images. I have selected this one for the competition as the dark background makes the bird standout and I like the birds intent stare.
