| Comment | Little Grassbirds were becoming active in the rushes at T-Section Lagoon, Werribee, when I arrived there quite early in the morning. This one was still feeling the need to do some morning grooming and limbering up, here stretching out its quite short wings. Its fine, pointed, slightly decurved bill is very apparent in the photo, as too its black streaked plumage. Keen-eyed and agile, their main interest is insects, never in short supply in this part of the world. | ||||||||||||||||||
