| Comment | Observing territorial stilts is always entertaining and this image captures a typical scrap between a pair that weren't happy with each other's close company. I observed them for sometime and each time one of them came too close to the other, the ding dong was on again. The light was rather dull on this morning and the colours of the various layers in the scene were not overly complementary, so I chose to go with a monochrome edit as this species is predominantly black and white anyway, and it emphasised the subjects and action much more than the original colour version. | ||||||||||||||||||
