| Comment | Having covered up in my camouflage net, I was lying prostrate in shallow water while supporting my camera rig on my gear bag, waiting for shorebirds to arrive. A flock of Red-necked Stint flew in just after dawn and settled just before me. I could ID this bird, as I clearly saw a hind toe, and the slightly bulbous bill tip is another giveaway. | ||||||||||||||||||
