| Comment | It was a really windy day, and the birds had to work hard to manoeuvre in for landing. This one came in close, giving me a tight view of the wing detail and that sharp, focused gaze. I picked this as the monochrome brings out the contrast between the wingtips and body, and shows the texture in the feathers. | ||||||||||||||||||
