CommentThis is a straightforward b&w conversion using DxO Photolab. The focus was on the white bird, leaving the other two birds unfocused as they were somewhat nearer the camera. I find the graduation of tones from the dark bird in the foreground, through the partially white bird in the middle, to the white bird, quite interesting. I have used a tight crop to remove background.
