CommentYoung Black Shouldered Kite gave us an arial display at WTP. It was a very overcast day and the shot was taken looking into the "light". This gives the picture a "see through" look. The bird hovered like this for about 5 minutes in the one spot. It seemed to be practising it's hovering technique.
EquipmentCanon EOS 70D, EF 200/400 lense, ISO 125, 1/[email protected], handheld. Finished in Lightroom.
