Bird unknown

Hi resident experts. Please advise what you think this species is,.
My first thought was an Olive Whistler but looking at other pictures I an now not sure.

Tim, please indicate where it was photographed as this can help. There's a hint of yellow on the underside rump and the rest of the patterning and colouration suggests it could be a female or immature Golden Whistler.

Hi Glenn, we are near Bundaberg QLD. Sorry I should has said. I think it could be a female Mangrove Golden Whistler.

My thoughts are immature golden-type whistler.  The retained brown coverts and very pale yellow vent suggest female immature.  The books say that immature Mangrove and Golden are very difficult to distinguish, but ABG notes that Mangrove has complete pale eye ring which this one does not seem to have.  If it were seen in mangroves, then it would seem reasonable to conclude it is probably the Mangrove, but otherwise I would lean towards immature female Golden.

The Olive is generally much browner.  Location might be important;  Golden is widespread in woodland, Olive is more of a dense undergrowth bird, and Mangrove is primarily in or adjacent to mangroves, according to references.  I haven't referenced HANZAB on this.

Thanks Simon, I viewed Keith Wilcox posting of a Mangrove Golden Whistler and there are similarities even though it was a WA bird. The bird I photographed was less than 500mt from mangrove and beach so I think that Mangrove GW is the right call. Thanks Simon and Glenn.
