CommentOrioles are such a striking bird and and exciting to photograph. They feed in fruit and insects -the bug on her beak must be "the one that got away".
EquipmentCanon EOS 7D mark II ,Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM , Ext EF 2x III
1/320sec@ f/7.1 Spot Metering ISO 800 Focal Length 400mm . Tripod .Bird hide. Processed in DPP4 with minimal cropping.Transferred to Photoshop to reduce background noise. I also applied selective noise reduction on the perch.
