CommentThis female Carnaby's was part of a small flock feeding and mating as they slowly moved through the low heathland behind the Cheynes Beach Caravan Park. Their preferred food on this morning was the flowers and seed cones of Banksia coccinea, as in this image, and Banksia baxteri.
