I'm a newby here but not to bird photography having been photographing wildlife since asa (iso)64 film days. That taught real discipline to get the right light and not waste frames! And patience having to wait a couple of weeks for the results.
Was a Nikon person but now Canon with R5 and 5D4 bodies and a few lenses including RF100-500 and EF600 III. Hopefully I can make useful contributions here and learn, which is always a work in progress.

Hi Colin,

I would like to second Rob's sentiment and also welcome you to BirdLife Photography.

Patience from the days of film, plus the technology of today, will produce some great results.

If you have any questions as a new member, feel free to post in the forums.

Best regards,
Craig
