I took this photo at the Western Treatment Plant in 2017 and it has been sitting in my unidentified birds file . As most shore birds are a mystery to me, your help in identifying which Tern it is ,would be appreciated. Cheers Mary

Thank you Ian. I was hoping that it was a more exotic Tern, but Juvenile Whiskered will have to do.
