Can anyone please confirm this is a white bellied sea eagle. I know there is not a lot to see and its heavily cropped as it was some way off and could get no closer. I am very curious about its yellow/orange legs and what seem to be its beak. The buff on the breast I think is from an early sun

The bill is wrong for a sea eagle. I think it is a grey goshawk. Orange-yellow cere is indicative. Check p233 of ABG
