A final few more of Brian O'Leary's video clips.

A lyrebird's dancing display: https://vimeo.com/135656892

I am surprised how little interest there seems to be in these and other video clips, since the equipment being used is the same as that used for still photography; and the results as interesting as what we get in our still gallery. I had expected that younger members would find the possibilities quite enticing. Thanks to Sonya for her postings.

Fantastic videos, especially the lyrebird. I have a property in the bush down near Eden in NSW with lyrebirds - often hear them but rarely see them, especially displaying.

Cheers

Hi Glen,

Thanks for looking (and enjoying the show.)

Brian sent in 90 videos with his entry for the TOTA, so there was plenty to choose from.

Here's the Lyrebird imitating a fine range of birdsongs. https://vimeo.com/136356165

Cheers,

les

Thanks for sharing those. I'd love to see the Riflebird displaying so seeing this is the next best thing! It's a pity that more people aren't seeing them.
