I took this short video a few days ago. Here's some of the background:


The bower in the video was built a few months ago after the main breeding activity by the mature adult males was over - the adult males won't tolerate any potential competition and destroy other bowers. Even so, the bower shown was destroyed not longer after it was built and not reconstructed until a few weeks ago.


Immature males typically perform at the practice bower to other immature males (or possibly females - hard to distinguish sometimes and I don't always take careful note anyway). Occasionally, an adult male will perform or allow the immature male to perform for him, as in the following video. I saw the same thing again this morning:
